Maya Zaghloul

Maya Zaghloul is a Licensed Psychologist working with adults and couples. She holds a BA in Psychology from the Lebanese American University and a MSc in Clinical Psychology from Utrecht University.

Maya uses an integrative approach to therapy to tailor the therapy to her clients’ needs. She believes in establishing a strong therapeutic relationship by providing a non-judgmental and safe space, and a compassionate approach.​
Maya has received multiple certifications in therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
Maya is dedicated to raising awareness and normalizing conversations around mental health to help break the stigma surrounding psychological challenges. She empowers her clients to recognize and reshape maladaptive patterns, fostering healthier coping strategies and deeper understanding that promote lasting wellbeing and a greater sense of stability and fulfillment. Beyond her work with clients, Maya has led seminars and presentations for corporate employees on a range of mental health topics, helping organizations foster healthier workplaces through education and awareness.
