Hima’s approach to therapy focuses on establishing a space for self-reflection, exploration, to build narratives of past experiences. She is passionate about patterns of communication, couple’s attachment styles, and family dynamics. She also advocates for the social inclusion and rehabilitation of patients experiencing clinical symptoms. A crisis is understood within the context of culture, circumstances, and relationships. Hima uses evidence-based methods to address them. Her sessions would encourage curiosity about patterns in one’s life in a non-judgmental space. Treatment plans would be co-created with and will follow the pace of her clients.
