Booking Policy
Self-Payment: Payment for each session is required upfront. We accept cash and all major credit cards. For online sessions, a payment link is sent to client to be settled before session.

Insurance: Journey wellness center does not have direct billing with insurance companies and does not submit claims on behalf of clients. However, you may bring your claim form to your clinician to have it signed. You then submit the claim form with your invoice to your insurance for reimbursement. The center bears no responsibility for the acceptance of your claim. Please verify your coverage before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: Clients must give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. The first missed session without notice is free, but a charge applies to the second missed session. This policy aims to maintain fairness and respect for both clients and therapists.
